CARO'S COMBO CLASSES via LIVE STREAM


Classes are a combination of different styles incorporating dance fitness as well as music led strength, toning and cardio routines to give you a great all-over workout! There may be some floor based exercises (including planks and push-ups) and there will most definitely be some burpees, high knees and high kicks in the mix.


CARO'S MUSCLE MOVEMENT via LIVE STREAM

Classes combine targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work along with simple dance combinations to create a music led high energy strength-training party!

Make sure you have a sweat towel and water bottle handy and be sure to take things at your own pace and adapt movements as and when you need to. Give yourself as much space as possible but work with your surroundings and tone down any movements where necessary. Please allow 45 minutes for a session but this may vary slightly from class to class.
