Our Strength and Cardio Combo combines music-led high energy cardio routines along with tracks using light hand weights. There are some floor-based exercises (including planks and push-ups) along with burpees, high knees, and high kicks (and alternative options for anybody who may need them).

Caro is well known for her unique approach which means that participants of all fitness levels get a challenging yet achievable workout! Bring a water bottle, towel, and a mat (if you have one).
