Our Toning Combo combines targeted body-sculpting exercises with light hand weights (shakers) and high energy cardio with simple choreography and great tunes! There are some floor based exercises (including planks and push-ups) along with burpees, high knees, and high kicks (with alternative options for anybody who may need them) .

Caro is well known for her unique approach which means that participants of all fitness levels get a challenging yet achievable workout! Bring a water bottle, towel, and a mat (if you have one).
