every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your
perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. Combining, martial
arts, plyometrics, and bodyweight training, you will gain muscular
endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased
afterburn!
Levels offered mean this class is achievable for most people so come and give it a try!
STRONG classes are run weekly and we can also take them on the road to schools, work places and sports clubs!
